a new year's eve song from the Republic of Uzbekistan, which is a

I have found a video that sings happy birthday to a new year. It is
not a song that sings happy birthday to a person. I have included it

is an elaborate system of classical Uzbek music.

folk music heritage. There are also songs for almost all aspects of
life, such as work, lullabies, romance, etc. However, I have not been
able to find a happy birthday song yet.
